Meet The Team - Richmond, VA

Carole has been a dental assistant since 1999. She loves getting to know her patients and hearing about their families and the new things going on in their lives. She always has a smile for everyone. Carole is a travel enthusiast, especially anyplace in the Caribbean. She also loves to read and bake. She is married and has two grown children. She also has two very special “Fur” babies, Bodie and Zoey that keep her very busy.

Kelley has been in the dental field for over 30 years. Her passion is to provide a family like experience to every patient and she enjoys building lasting relationships with each one as she helps them with all their dental needs. A Richmond native she currently resides in Short Pump with her husband, four children, rescued black Lab Oreo and her four Guinea Pigs. Outside of the office Kelley enjoys attending her children’s athletic events, relaxing at the beach, cooking, and all things Christmas.

Jessica was born and raised in the Richmond area and has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She loves developing relationships with patients and wants to help them achieve their ideal smile. She is an avid reader and has been a member of her book club for the past 12 years. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring the local restaurant scene. When she is not in the office, she stays busy spending time with her husband, two daughters and Goldendoodle, Violet.

Lauren grew up in the Richmond area, where she built strong roots and a love for community. With 10 years of experience as a dental receptionist, she truly enjoys connecting with patients and building lasting relationships that make people feel comfortable and cared for. Now living in Powhatan, Lauren stays busy with her 2 kids and lively household that includes 2 dogs and a cat. In her free time she enjoys relaxing trips to the beach or mountains and cheering on her fiancé while he’s competing in road course racing.

Cricket is a Richmond native, growing up in Hanover County. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree and licensure in 2015 and has been practicing dental hygiene in Richmond since. Her favorite aspect of her job is building patient rapport and helping her patients achieve the best oral health possible. When Cricket is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter family and friends. Her favorite vacation is anywhere with a beach!

Debbie has been working in the dental field for almost 20 years. She began as an assistant and went back to school to become licensed to practice Dental Hygiene. Debbie has been with the practice for over 6 years and is grateful for the relationships she has been able to build with her patients.
When Debbie is not in the office, she is kept on her toes by her two young daughters. She has a love for being active, sports, family, faith, and friends.

Karson earned her dental hygiene licensure in 2024 and currently lives in Mechanicsville. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is building lasting relationships with her patients. She loves helping people achieve healthy smiles while also supporting their overall health through education and personalized care. Karson loves spending time on the boat at the river in the summers and snowboarding in the winters! Outside of work she enjoys being active and spending time with her family, friends, and mini golden doodle, Miller!

Rachel graduated from the  Powhatan Dental Assisting School in December 2025.  She lives in Columbia, VA with her loving partners and two boys. Making people feel confident in their smile and comfortable in her presence is her top priority. After hours, Rachel enjoys spoiling “Cash” with apples and carrots. Springtime gardening, hiking, kayaking and exploring new places are all growing passions of hers.

Amber has been a dental assistant since 2008 and loves connecting with her patients. Shegrew up in Mechanicsville and continues to reside there with her husband, 2 daughters &her furbabies. Amber is a total foodie, who enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, arts& crafts, Disney, & photography.
